MSB Libraries
The Matanuska-Susitna Borough Libraries are the five Public Libraries in the borough outside of incorporated cities. They are in Big Lake, Sutton, Talkeetna, Trapper Creek and Willow.

The Library board acts in an advisory capacity and initiates and recommends proposed ordinances and regulations, reviews budgets, and makes investigations and reviews considered beneficial to providing library services.

The Library Citizens' Advisory Committee was created to review and make recommendations to the administration regarding challenged library materials.
