The Rights of Way in the Matanuska-Susitna Borough (MSB) will open to typical summer construction as of 7:00 am on May 16, 2023, for the core area. The MSB Core Area is south of and extends to the Little Susitna Bridge on the Parks Highway and the Granite Creek Bridge on the Glenn Highway.

Rights of way north of this core area will remain closed until further notice.

Weight restrictions are still in effect in the core area at the time of this Public Notice posting.
