Bid Description: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to reclaim the existing pavement and base material, and place new HMA along 7,875 linear feet of Seldon Road. This project will involve, but is not limited to, subgrade modification of the existing asphalt pavement into the existing base materials, and the placement of new HMA.
