Proposal Description: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough (MSB) is requesting proposals from qualified financial institutions to provide financing for the Borough’s local improvement districts (“LIDs”). Proposers must be able to commit to providing financing not less than $8,000,000 for a five-year period beginning April 1, 2020 and ending March 31, 2025 at the interest rates specified in the proposal.
