Bid Description: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to upgrade the roadways, and improve drainage along Bergman Road, Fritz Road, Melin Road, and Dorismae Circle. This project will involve, but is not limited to clearing, grubbing, excavation, installation of drainage culverts; import and placement of selected material (borrow) import and placement of asphalt paving, and placing topsoil and seed in locations specified in the plans and specifications.
