Bid Description: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to supply all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies to construct a new fish passage culvert where a Caswell Creek tributary crosses Shaman Road north of Willow, Alaska. The project will replace the existing two and three foot diameter culverts under Shaman Road with a new eight foot diameter culvert. The project will also replace and raise the existing roadway.
