Bid Description: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough (MSB) is requesting bids from interested contractors to design & construct approximately 7,500 linear feet of multi-use motorized trail and provide project management. The Ridge Trail System has long been used by cross-country skiers, hikers, dog mushers, ski-jorers, mountain bikers, and ATVs. The 4.5-mile trail system is located on Borough and State lands at T26N, R04W, Sections 16 and 17, Seward Meridian (See Attachment A). The project is funded by the Borough through the 2016 voter-approved bond measure.
