Proposal Description: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough (MSB) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to create a Desktop Operations Center (DOC) for the purpose of monitoring, controlling, and directing all activities in and around Cyber Security and operational metrics for the organization. This DOC will give the operators complete visibility into current and trend information and command and control over the system components. This DOC will be take the form of a web based dashboard.
