Proposal Description: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough (MSB) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to design the dike repairs and improvements including performing site investigations, engineering design, cost estimation, permitting, and construction assistance, as necessary to complete the project. The construction budget is $800,000, and the project is funded through a grant from the State of Alaska. See scope of services for more information.
