Bid Description: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is requesting bids from qualified contractors to design & construct approximately 5,170 linear feet of multi-use motorized trail. The Wet Gulch Trail System has long been used by ATVs, snow machines, hikers, dog mushers, ski-jorers, and mountain bikers. The Borough portion of the trail system is located at T16N, R02W, Section 10, Seward Meridian.
