Proposal Description: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough (MSB) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to design a new library and upgrades to the community center located at 23557 W. Willow Community Center Circle, Willow Alaska. The project demolishes and replaces the existing library and provides upgrades to the Willow Community Center. The new library will be approximately 6,635 SF to meet the needs of the community. See scope of services for more information.
