Proposal Description: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is requesting proposals from qualified A/E firms to design an addition to a warm storage building at the Mat Su Borough Central Landfill. The Central Landfill is Located at 1201 N 49th State St Palmer, AK 99645. The existing warm storage building is 60’ x 80’. The design is for a 20’ x 80’ addition on the West side of the building for heavy equipment storage. On the East side: design a roof extension to cover the fuel tanks and fuel filling area.
