Proposal Description: Project Description: Two bridges were among the damaged sites as a result of the November 30, 2018 Cook Inlet Earthquake (DR-4413). To advance the process to procure disaster relief funding, the Mat-Su Borough (MSB) is seeking qualified firms to review the Federal Emergency Management’s (FEMA) and MSB’s information to produce an engineer’s estimate to repair the two bridges. The engineer’s estimate shall consider all phases of project development including inspection, design, permitting, and construction to produce a comprehensive estimate for both sites.
