Sections of Settlers Bay Drive to Be Repaved

The Settlers Bay Drive pavement preservation project has been paved.

During quality assurance testing, the Borough identified portions of newly placed pavement on Settlers Bay Drive that do not meet contract requirements.

The contractor will remove and replace the affected sections after Labor Day.

The corrective work will be completed at no additional cost to the Borough, and the Borough will continue to monitor construction to ensure the roadway meets project standards.
