The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is in the process of contracting with a third-party provider, EMS|MC, to manage our ambulance billing services. This transition is part of our ongoing efforts to improve service efficiency, ensure timely billing, and provide the highest level of customer support to our residents.

During this transition, there will be no change to the emergency medical services provided to the public. If you have questions about a current or past ambulance bill, you may continue to contact our offices until further notice at (907)861-8564.

As part of this change, you may begin receiving communications from our new billing provider, EMS|MC, regarding your ambulance services. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to improve this process.
