The Trapper Creek Community Council serves as a  nonprofit, voluntary, self-governing association of residents of the Trapper Creek area. It is recognized by assembly resolution, but is not an arm of the Borough.

It meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the  Community Park Building.
