The Willow Fire Service Area No. 35 was constituted by Borough Code 5.25.059 to provide "all things necessary and proper to provide fire protection." It has a three member board of Supervisors who operate on staggered three year terms.

They meet every 2nd Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Willow Public Safety Building.
