FARM USE DEFERMENT

Applications for Farm Use Assessment must be filed each year to qualify for tax deferral.  The deadline for filing the application is on or before May 15 each year.  The Assessment Division will be glad to answer any questions regarding the applications, including filing, subject to income verification.
