Glacier View School Roof Replacement

Scope

This project is funded by the 2011 roof bond balance. The original scope of work was completed under budget resulting in the Department of Education amending the project agreement by adding additional schools to the scope. The project scope for Glacier View includes replacement of the low slope roof areas over the gym, two entrance canopies, and a mechanical room.

Project Status

Project scope includes replacement of low slope roof areas over the gym, two entrance canopies, and a mechanical room. The existing roofing system was failing and was replaced with a fully adhered membrane. Rain Proof Roofing was awarded the work and was substantially complete June 2017.

Project Cost

The Total Project Budget is $230,000.
