Willow and Talkeetna Elementary School Ice Rink Improvements

Scope

This project will construct ice rink improvements at both Willow and Talkeetna Elementary Schools with work beginning in the summer of 2017.

Project Status

The type of improvements will be determined through the design process based on input from user groups, the school district and the community. Community input focused on the need for covered ice rinks as the highest priority. Demolition started this month and steel piles start in June.

Project Cost

The total cost of this project is $1,500,000.
