Mary B. & Charles A. Hewitt, Owner, applied for a Determination of Legal Nonconforming Status (MSB 17.80) for a structure located at 19984 W. Hewitts Ct, Tax ID #6329000L002. At its closest point, one structure is set back .5 feet from Big Lake. Structures are required to be set back a minimum of 75 feet from a waterbody. Granting a determination of Legal Nonconforming Status will permit the structure to remain in its current location.

Comments are due on or before June 23, 2025, and will be included in the Staff Report to the Planning and Land Use Director. Please be advised that comments received from the public after that date will not be included in the staff report. The earliest decision date for this request is June 23, 2025.

In order to be eligible to file an appeal from a decision of the Planning Director, a person must be designated an interested party. See MSB 15.39.010 for the definition of an interested party.
