The Matanuska-Susitna Borough (Borough) Land & Resource Management Division has received a request from the Borough Public Works, Pre-Design & Engineering Division for a public use easement (PUE) and drainage easement on the Tanaina Elementary School property (18N01W33A002). The proposed PUE is 1030.85’ long with varying widths between 10’ to 30’. The proposed drainage easement is approximately 919’ X 109’. The Borough is upgrading N. Lucille Street and the pathway (TIP21 project #35472-1808) which requires these proposed easements.
